	Thank you very much for using a PENTAX product. We have recently been found out that a limited number of our digital camera may appear the following symptom very uncommonly when capture the image. The LCD monitor become dark and the image does not display The image falls into disorder. The following digital products may be affected; Optio330RS / Optio330GS / Optio33L / Optio43WR / Optio550 / Optio555 As a result of the investigation, the above mentioned symptom might occur by the quality of the CCD, also the environment condition such as the temperature and humidity. While only a limited number of cameras are affected by this problem, if your camera has above symptom, we would like to inspect your camera. Therefore please contact PENTAX local service center. If your camera is affected by this malfunction, PENTAX will fix it without charge even if the manufacture one year warranty has expired. This will not apply if the camera has other than the above-mentioned symptom. If you have any question about this problem, please contact our local PENTAX Service Center.
