Recently, the high speed SD memory card has been released in Japanese market, and some of them were not compatible with OptioS5i, " Memory card error " will be displayed in LCD and unable to capture the image, because of in-compatibility between hardware of camera and SD card.
Although this is not a fault of camera and only applied for particular SD card mainly in Japanese market, we made a modification on the camera, so that OptioS5i to be able to recognize it even with this type of SD card.
For distinguish the camera after modification, there is a "0" mark on the battery chamber.
